Eine „Jebana“ ist die traditionelle, äthiopische Kaffeekanne aus Ton. Diese besitzt einen runden Boden. Das Wasser wird in der Jebana erhitzt und der frisch gemahlene Kaffee hineingefüllt. Durch die Formgebung setzt sich der Kaffeesatz in der Rundung des Bodens ab und gelangt beim Einschenken kaum in die Tassen.
